If an item is defective or damaged it will be eligible for an exchange within a period 2 DAYS ONLY. You MUST notify SHOPDOLLISH via EMAIL within 2 DAYS of receipt of goods. You will be notified via email if you are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.
Defective items must be unused with tags attached to it. If a defective/damage item has been used or contains any body odors or fragrances your claim will not be accepted and refund will NOT be issued.
